About this policy

This policy explains how the SPELLSURGE Android game (package com.ssamiyal.spellsurge), published by SAMIYAL Technologies ("SAMIYAL", "we", "us"), handles information.

In short: SPELLSURGE needs no account, and your progress stays on your device. We do not run servers that receive your data. The game offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob and an optional purchase through Google Play, and those Google services collect some information as described below.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (Soul Shards, unlocked heroes, mastery, quests, achievements, personal bests and codex) and your settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us.

You can delete this information at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. If you have turned on Android's backup to your Google account, Android may include this data in your device backup; that backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings, and we cannot see or access it. You can also erase your progress in Settings → Reset all progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

SPELLSURGE is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob: only optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch on the results screen to double a run's Soul Shards; ads are never shown during play. To show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalise ads, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
• Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device and app information (for example, device model, operating system version, app version)
• Information about ads shown and your interactions with them

This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices: where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), SPELLSURGE asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy settings (ads) when it is available in your region. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings.

Purchases (Google Play)

SPELLSURGE offers SPELLSURGE Premium, an optional one-time purchase that removes ads and doubles every run's Soul Shards automatically. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. Google Play tells the app which items your Google account owns, along with an order reference, so the app can unlock them and restore them after a reinstall. Google handles payment information under Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.

What we don't do

• We don't collect your name, email, contacts, photos, location or files
• We don't run analytics or crash-reporting services
• We don't sell personal information

Children's privacy

SPELLSURGE is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.

Deleting your data

SPELLSURGE has no accounts and we hold no data about you. Use Settings → Reset all progress, clear the game's storage, or uninstall it. Requests about ad data should go to Google using the links above.
