Agreement
These terms apply to the FitForge Android app ("FitForge"), published by SAMIYAL Technologies ("SAMIYAL", "we", "us"). By using FitForge you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Health and safety
FitForge provides general fitness information and tools to log your training. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or injury, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
Your account
You may use FitForge as a guest or sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for the information you enter, and you can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Premium subscription
FitForge Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. The subscription renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time in Google Play; cancelling stops future renewals. Billing, free trials and refunds are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or its services: for example, don't try to access other people's data, interfere with our servers, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Ads
The free version of FitForge shows ads provided by Google AdMob. See the FitForge Privacy Policy for how ads use your information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FitForge running, but the app and its cloud backup are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SAMIYAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from exercise, arising from your use of FitForge. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
