AllCalc Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy explains how the AllCalc Android app (package com.ssamiyal.allCal), published by SAMIYAL Technologies ("SAMIYAL", "we", "us"), handles information. AllCalc is a calculator and everyday-tools app: a calculator, unit converters and more than 120 tools for finance, health, maths, dates and splitting bills.

In short: AllCalc has no accounts and no sign-in. Your calculations and inputs stay on your device. We do not run servers that collect your data. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects some device information as described below.

Information stored on your device

To make the app work, AllCalc stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us:

• Calculator and tool history (if "Save calculations to history" is on in Settings)
• Files you choose to export (for example a loan schedule as CSV or PDF), saved only where you pick
• Your settings, such as dark mode, units (metric / imperial / UK) and vibration
• Favourite and recently used tools, and the last values you entered in each tool
• Saved currency exchange rates, so the currency converter works offline

You can delete this information at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. If you have turned on Android's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app data in your device backup; that backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

AllCalc is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalise ads, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
• Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device and app information (for example, device model, operating system version, app version)
• Information about ads shown and your interactions with them

This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices: where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), AllCalc asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in AllCalc's Settings → Ad privacy choices when it is available in your region. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings.

Currency exchange rates

The currency converter downloads exchange rates from the free Frankfurter service. The request contains only the currency it asks for; it does not include any information about you or your calculations. As with any internet request, the service can see your device's IP address.

Ratings and sharing

AllCalc may ask you to rate the app using Google Play's in-app review, which is handled entirely by Google Play. When you tap Share on a result, the text is sent only to the app you choose (for example, a messaging app), under that app's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't require an account or collect your name, email or phone number in the app
• We don't sell your personal information
• We don't use analytics or crash-reporting services in AllCalc
• We don't access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location

AllCalc requests only the Internet and network state permissions, which are needed for ads and for updating exchange rates.

Children's privacy

AllCalc is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.

Security and retention

Information stored by AllCalc stays on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Information collected by Google for advertising is retained under Google's policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep the app's data handling to the minimum needed for it to work.

Changes and contact
